font-weight: bold;\"><b>morbo di Crohn<\/b><\/span> e la <span style=\"color: #cfaf7a; font-weight: bold;\"><b>fibrosi intestinale<\/b><\/span>, una complicanza frequente nei pazienti affetti da IBD. Riproduce alcune caratteristiche chiave delle IBD umane e permette di testare <span style=\"color: #cfaf7a; font-weight: bold;\"><b>nuove terapie antinfiammatorie o antifibrotiche<\/b><\/span>. Utilizziamo questo modello, ampiamente validato nel nostro laboratorio, <b>\u00a0<span style=\"color: #cfaf7a; font-weight: bold;\">sia nel topo che nel ratto.<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #cfaf7a; font-weight: bold;\">\ud83d\udd0d\u00a0 COME FUNZIONA IL MODELLO?<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nel topo o nel ratto, la colite viene provocata somministrando <\/span><b>TNBS (2,4,6-trinitrobenzensulfonico acido)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> direttamente nel retto, insieme a <\/span><b>etanolo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, che rende la barriera intestinale pi\u00f9 permeabile.
