Un grande vantaggio di questo modello \u00e8 la sua utilit\u00e0 nello <span style=\"color: #cfaf7a; font-weight: bold;\"><b>studio dei meccanismi immunologici alla base dell\u2019infiammazione intestinale cronica<\/b><\/span>.Pu\u00f2 essere anche utilizzato per valutare il ruolo di diverse popolazioni linfocitarie, citochine e proteine espresse durante l\u2019 induzione e durante il cronicizzarsi della malattia.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"color: #cfaf7a; font-weight: bold;\">\ud83d\udd0d\u00a0 COME FUNZIONA IL MODELLO?<b>\u00a0<\/b><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nel dettaglio, il trasferimento adottivo di cellule <\/span><b>CD4\u207a naive CD45RB<\/b><b>high <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0(cellule naive, prive della popolazione regolatoria Treg) da topi wild-type sani in <\/span><b>topi riceventi singenici <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">privi di cellule T e B (es.
