riflettono fedelmente le alterazioni patologiche di queste malattie.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Questa metodologia consente di studiare le cellule nel loro microambiente nativo, mantenendo l&#8217;integrit\u00e0 delle strutture cellulari ed extracellulari fino a 24 ore dalla raccolta del campione.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La risposta tissutale agli stimoli rispecchia non solo l\u2019attivit\u00e0 del farmaco, ma anche le interazioni tra cellule e matrice, offrendo risultati altamente rilevanti dal punto di vista clinico.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utilizziamo biopsie endoscopiche da pazienti con IBD o tumore del colon-retto, e da donatori sani, previa firma del consenso informato e approvazione del Comitati Etico
