PRECLINICAL MODELS ON TISSUES FROM PATIENTS WITH IBD

PRECLINICAL MODELS ON TISSUES FROM PATIENTS WITH IBD: AN APPROACH CLOSER TO THE PATIENT***

Chronic inflammatory bowel diseases (IBD), such as Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis, require highly predictive experimental models to understand pathological mechanisms and effectively test new therapies.

At PhoenixLAB, we use advanced preclinical models based on human tissues to study intestinal inflammation in a realistic physiological context, increasing the translational relevance of the results.

These models allow us to:

🧬  – Analyze inflammatory and immune responses in human tissues ex vivo

🧪  – Test new drugs in clinically relevant conditions

🔬  – Validate targets and biomarkers with greater accuracy

💉  – Accelerate the transition from preclinical research to clinical trials

***NOTE: All experiments conducted on human samples are carried out in accordance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines and in compliance with all applicable international laws and regulations, as well as any relevant guidelines. Each protocol, along with the Informed Consent signed by patients, is submitted for approval to the appropriate Ethics Committee.
